We were in the process of remodeling our kitchen and decided we wanted a gas stove. Unfortunately, we did not have an existing gas line and needed one installed. Genzel was the second company I called. I try to work with locally owned businesses as much as possible. Mark showed up on time to provide me an estimate of the work needed. I was impressed with his extensive knowledge and how he thoroughly explained all of my options. I selected Genzel as soon as I received the quote. The amount quoted was way less than the other company I had called. Mark showed up on time the day of install. He walked me through the process and what I could expect. He answered all questions and was done in a timely fashion. The only delay experienced was waiting on the city to perform their inspection. I highly recommend Genzel for your plumbing needs. My guest toilet was having some issues with continuous dripping of water/brownish sustenance and Rocky from Genzel plumbing was here today and took care of it. It was my first time using Genzel and the job was done professionally, promptly and efficiently. Rocky also checked my 2 other bathrooms and fixed the seats just for courtesy. I requested for first timer’s discount and the owner was very gracious and gave me a discount! I’m very impressed and pleased with their quality of service and customer care that I received.
