Typical insurance company. Atypical results. I have to go a little over-the-top about Randy and his willingness to go over-the-top for us. As usual, our insurance company was dragging their feet, low balled us, yada yada. And, as much as I love shoving red hot pokers in my eyes, I do not like dealing with insurance tomfoolery. Knowing, if you don't speak their language, you ain't gettin' jack. Well, Randy speaks their language and mine. He took the ball and ran with it. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and I got to focus on the rest of life daily struggles. Needless to say, any time I need something done to my roof... easiest decision phone call to make.

These guys did a fantastic job, top to bottom. They started when they said they would, kept my yard clean during the replacement, and finished the job faster than they promised. Randy, walked me through the process and helped me better understand some things about my insurance policy as well. I don’t think it’s overstated to call them the best roofer in McKinney, or even DFW.
