I will never use Handyman Connection again and would not recommend them to anyone else. My project was to mount a mantle on a brick fireplace. The company owner came out and assessed the project. He was to get back to me with an estimate. The mantle is a very heavy beam. I received the estimate 2 weeks later after calling to ask about it. The estimate seemed really high, but I was told it would require 2 skilled workmen at least a day and possibly another half day to complete the job. Workmen came out a week later, said the brackets to mount the mantle would require a special order and they would get back to me. Heard nothing for 2 weeks, so called the company. Was told I had been sent an email stating when work was scheduled. I never received it. Workman showed up morning after I called. Only 1 workman came and he completed the job in 2 hours. The project cost over $1500 and while he did a nice job and cleaned up after himself, all the job really required was the installatio

I am pretty happy with the work Josh has done twice at my house. He is very approachable, and even called on the second project to pick up supplies which he figured he needed rather than showing up without anything. Any projects in the future, will always consider Handyman Connection as my first call.
