We're very pleased by their excellent job on our roof and gutter replacement with high quality material. Now the water leaking issue from ceiling that bothered us for many months had gone away after recent heavy rains to test. Love their service and finished the project on time as promised. I needed a new roof from hail damage. Mike and Trevin were in my neighborhood offering free inspections. Normally I ignore that kind of offer but they presented themselves so well that I agreed. They inspected it, provided pics to help me understand what they saw, offered to work with my insurance carrier if needed ( and it was.) Overall- could not have asked for a better experience. Their crew did a great job, completely cleaned up when finished, went above and beyond in every aspect. Absolutely highly recommend Promise Restoration.

Trevin & Mike took great care of us, and our home. I am simply impressed at the level of professionalism displayed, and our new roof looks fantastic. We thought we were going to have to pay $25K for a new roof but now all we paid was our $5K deductible. Highly recommend!
