I worked with Jon and his team to get my roof replaced, and it was and extremely smooth process and he did come to my home and explained clearly the process before everything (this is my first roof replacement) and helped me to understand and also worked with insurance to get the things covered which insurance initially did not included. Review for a roof replacement: Jon Lowry was very generous with his time, coming out to our house twice to patch a hole from storm damage before before even the insurance company was able to get here to do an assessment. He and his daughter also came out to go over the insurance estimate and payment with us to explain all the finer details. On the day of the roof job, it began early but finished by 6:00 pm because there were enough workers to get the job done instead of having to spread it out over 2 days with fewer people.
