I was really impressed with the timing of SMITH & SON PLUMBING. I submitted a request online for an appointment the night before and selected an appointment two days later; however, they called me first thing in the morning, the next day just to let me know they had appointments available that morning if I needed them quicker. They were on time, they were professional, they were patient, they were kind of, and flexible. Even later on that day when we noticed there was a leak still occurring after the install they came right back out to fix the problem. I had a question about the invoice and called the next day and it was cleared up quickly Rick, Daniel and John are definitely top-tier!
