The good (actually the GREAT): Nathan took his time to learn about the specific EV charger to be hardwire installed to the panel, researching what was needed and recommending specific options. Unlike many (4) other companies from whom I obtained a quote, he was willing to get a city permit and inspection, without charging a crazy extra fee (other places were going to charge an extra $300). He took tons of photos of the job and sent them to me and the city inspector. The install was neat and he suggested ideas to make it a cleaner install that what I had planned. The price was the lowest of the 5 quotes we received. The only thing that could have been better was the communication. I understand that things come up and perhaps a previous job or something else might delay an arrival, but there should be some communication when things like that happen. Great company, fast and constant communication, electricians were very knowledgeable and they did excellent service. Nathan and his team had done an amazing electrical job for my new hair salon place, the service is OUTSTANDINGLY PROFESSIONAL. They don’t try to short cut the install with something you won’t be happy with, but they do it their way to ensure a good customer experience. Extremely polite nice, courteous and friendly, cleaned up after finishing. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them, I’m extremely grateful to work with them. I made an appointment with Mend and he no call no showed, 3 days later he calls me back and apologized and said he would be to my house in 30 minutes....well 90 minutes later and no call, no showed for the second time!! What's your issues?? Don't call me again. There are plenty of respectful companies out there that I'm sure would love my business!!
