When the furnace went out on Friday evening. I called and booked a service call for the following morning. The tech performed an excellent job communicating his arrival time and repairing the problem with my 10 year old furnace. Overall, the tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Pretty Cool AC and will be using it in the future.
