Although I only called to inquire about their services at 630 pm, Berkley showed up by 730 and had my backed up pipes fixed done by 9 pm. We had s dishwasher that was nit fully draining. We paid 100$ to someone that admitted he did not know much about dishwasher issues. He cleaned the lines under the sink which did nothing. We eventually were told to clean the air gap. When taking the cap off the air gap, which we did not know existed, it was clogged with debris. We cleaned it with a tooth ocik and fixed. You would think a professional plumber would know this. We really expect a refund. Service: Plumbing
