The tech arrived on time. He was polite and was able to able to diagnose the problem quickly. My only suggestion is to assign a partner with the tech as I had to help him with some tasks such as dispose water, plug in the system etc. while I was working from home. Overall good experience though and would definitely recommend Saving Grace.
