Sebastian was our contact and he constantly stayed in contact. He made a few visits to our home in attempt to help us with a claim that was not approved. Provided multiple photos, a detailed estimate of our entire claim and also a limited claim as we tried to get some type of approval. We were not able to proceed but truly appreciate all that was done to help us along the way.
