First of all they were able to schedule me in today without delay! Next Aaron the technician was very friendly and personable and listened to my concerns. Called for water heater burner/pilot system repair on a 10 year old gas unit. Ended up just getting a new one due to my unit leaking. The guys had it done within an hour and a half. I called into the office at 1pm, tech showed up at 2:40, and they were done and gone by 4pm. That’s with them going back to their shop to get a new unit for me. Paid a slight premium for good service, quality work, professionals, great attitudes, some good conversation and a day of my time back. Could I have done it cheaper?, yes. But I consider this money we’ll spent. I feel like I got exactly what I paid for. Quality work and responsive service costs money and I’m happy to pay for both. I would for sure use these guys again. Although our toilet issue seemed to have resolved itself, Mike was very friendly and pleasant. He still ran an agar to make sure there wasn't anything stuck. We have used D&D since moving to Midland, and have always had great service.
