My husband and I came home late Saturday evening during the "heat dome" of July 2023 to a VERY warm house. We called just about every HVAC company in the west Texas area with hopes for a technician to be available to fix our AC problem sooner than later. All companies were responsive but couldn't guarantee a technician until Monday or Tuesday. When we contacted ONEWAY Heating & Air Conditioning, they were able to guarantee a technician the very next morning. The technician gave us an estimated time of arrival and showed up right on time. Mr. Tyrone Brooks was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed the issue in minutes and had us back up and going in less than 30 minutes. We will definitely recommend ONEWAY to others and we have nothing but an A+ grade overall for our experience with them. ONEWAY Technician arrived on time with a plan explained what he was going to work on. Tyrone was determined to get his job done the right way with the right tools as fast and efficient as possible with the right steps and safety regulations. Did run into an an unexpected issue with the TXV Chalet valve but did not stop him from providing the service he had came to do. The man took the time to get a new one came right back installed it and continued his work. Thanks to his knowledge and expertise we are now relaxing in our home with cool air. Well, I HAD some issues w my AC in my new apartment, the last tenant was a HEAVY Smoker and oh my GOODNESS… I tried EVERYTHING! Once Mr. Alonzo and his hardworking son, Israel came in… my problems have been resolved and I will continue to use these guys!
