I called the main number and very carefully explained what my issue was and what I needed them to do. The lady told me yes we do that all the time. The two plumbers showed up and looked at the issue and stated that they do not offer that service.THEN THEY CHARGED ME $75.00 . Never lifted a finger just looked and realized they don’t offer the service. Oh yeah and I got a call that they had a cancellation so they showed a day earlier than scheduled. Sounds like a scam to me! Hope the 75 dollars helps more than an unhappy customer! :::Also I understand a service charge HOWEVER if the dispatch would have listened to my issues that were very detailed it would have not been a service call in the first place! Great service. Lowest of 3 quotes that I received. good quality work.
Called on a Saturday morning. Said they were on the way but since the leak originated in the attic I asked for 30 minutes to clear out some space for the plumber to work. He showed up as soon as I finished. Worked quickly and finished up on time. Worth every penny! Very nice gentlemen! I will call them again. Service: Plumbing leak detection
