These individuals build my home and they did an OUTSTANDING Job, they took the time and effort to insure Quality Work / What They Promised is what They Delivered!!!
After one calendar week, one missing elderly family pet, an incomplete temp fence, strangers in multiple vehicles at irregular hours, our neighbors are attempting to have a cedar fence installed. After a week, I called to speak to Gilberto Maldonado, who not only has no problem with the “quality” of work, he was annoyed that I was calling when I was not the customer, who paid in full and is not receiving service. Please, do not consider that basic human decency, compassion, or understanding will be given at the willing incompetence of Gilberto Maldonado. We are heartbroken and simply because, they could not be held in good faith to follow through with basic service agreement (2 days). Go to the next place they are crooks!
These guys did my foundation, framing, and stamped driveway. Most definitely the best in the RGV. When they said quality work in a timely manner they meant it!!!
