What started out as a positive experience unfortunately ended very disappointingly. I was given a bid for a new roof and 6 new vents. The bid was a little high but the estimator seemed knowledgeable and the reviews on Google were positive so I had Roofing Solutions do the work. The day the workers showed up thing started going poorly. I was told there were too many roof cooling circulators and only 5 were needed. I later found out the ones they left out were critical for air flow cooling of the roof. Then I was told the 6 vents that were contracted were obsolete and could not be replaced. I found a company that made and installed vents and asked for a quote. ( the vents could be replaced) Suddenly Roofing solutions could do the work and threatened to void the warranty if someone else got on the roof. After they installed a few of the vents I went up to look at them an decided to stop the work an send them away.(pic below) What ever I paid for the warranty is a loss as Roofing Solution

Roofing solutions and their crew did an excellent job. My new roof is beautiful and I couldn’t be more pleased. The quality of work was excellent and the price was right. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company.
