Wow. What an amazing company. Our water heater had an electrical fire and it had to be replaced. Thankfully it was still under manufacture warranty so all I needed was someone to install them. But what I didn’t know was that I needed to find a plumber that worked with this specific heater and distributor , I had to call 6 other plumbing companies before Zelena with Britton responded and knew exactly what I needed. She was so helpful and patient in preparing the paperwork and answered all of my questions. During the prep process we maintained constant communication via phone and text. The attention and customer service she provided was phenomenal. I was thinking that it would be couple of days before getting a technician to get me all set up but nope she had one ready for the next morning! And right on time Jeff Stewart comes the next morning. Britton waterworks did my full home re-pipe and I can’t say enough great things about this company. David and his team were respectful, knowledgeable and prompt when working in my home. Joel and Cordell showed up on time and did not waste time getting everything completed. I received communication from the team at every completion point. Zelena was such an amazing point of contact when I brought up any questions or concerns as well. This company prides themselves on creating a comfortable environment for me and my kids and made sure that I was informed of their work progress throughout the entirety of their project. I will be using Britton waterworks for all future plumbing projects. They were absolutely wonderful!

My Dad is a disabled Veteran. He had a guy to repair a leaking pipe on his property. Cash job. No receipt. Unfortunately, the lack of experience and cheap cost came back to bite him later.
