Finally, I was able to have my main sprinkler system piping fixed today by Joel with Britton Waterworks. I sure am glad I chose to have a professional come do this work for me! So many more parts of this set up were damaged in the freeze this past winter. This was beyond my scope of knowledge and experience, but Joel expertly diagnosed and fixed everything. Wow. What an amazing company. Our water heater had an electrical fire and it had to be replaced. Thankfully it was still under manufacture warranty so all I needed was someone to install them. But what I didn’t know was that I needed to find a plumber that worked with this specific heater and distributor , I had to call 6 other plumbing companies before Zelena with Britton responded and knew exactly what I needed. She was so helpful and patient in preparing the paperwork and answered all of my questions. During the prep process we maintained constant communication via phone and text. The attention and customer service she provided was phenomenal. I was thinking that it would be couple of days before getting a technician to get me all set up but nope she had one ready for the next morning! And right on time Jeff Stewart comes the next morning. Britton Waterworks is an excellent company that will take care of your plumbing needs. We have used them several times and each time we are very pleased with the service they provided. The owners, David and Zelena are the best. They listen to your concerns and offer the best solution. Every Plumber they have sent out have been very courteous and excellent at their job. They also clean up behind themselves. We most recently called upon them to retrieve a piece of jewelry that had been accidentally dropped down the bathroom sink drain. Josh came out and removed the P Trap and there it was, ready for someone to come get it. Another great job successfully completed by them. A big thanks to everyone at Britton WaterWorks.
