Jonathan came to fix my AC on one of the hottest Saturdays of the year! He was able to analyze my problem and fix my AC in 15 minutes and then he verified it for 30 additional minutes on his day off! Excellent service!!!

This was a great company to work with, very organized, responsive and quick during this type of heat. The owner Rusty was very knowledgeable with any and all of my questions. According to my husband, all of the employees were very nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond anything we expected. I would highly recommend this company and Rusty to anyone. My husband has already done so!

The technician was an hour late but he made it to my house on the day I called and in the first week when the temperatures have hit 100+ consistently (not to mention the flat tire he had to get fixed). Even better, he got the unit back up and running! I don’t know where Jim finds his technicians but I couldn’t be happier. Richard serviced us for over 25 years.
