Had a repair needed on one water heater along with adding a new water heater. Also, our reverse osmosis system wasn't working. The RO system was 20 years old and non repairable at that point. Sergio and Junior showed up, gave me my options and got to work. Coming up in the trades myself, I value companies who do today's work today. By the time they got started working, it was about 12 pm. They worked the afternoon together and got me taken care of with my water heater working by end of day. They explained what they did in detail at the end of the call. Great personalities and loved having both of them at the house. The next day, I got a call from the supervisor asking how my water heater was working, etc. From start to finish, superb customer experience. Like I said, I work in home services as well - this was my expectation from the company and this is what I got. Hard to find great work with great customer service. Price matched service I received.
