Ochoa Roofing & Beyond

I thought that I would have a good experience like many of you, but unfortunately I'm still waiting on my quote that a rep said he would have to me the next day being on a Tuesday. I called on Thursday and the rep said he was waiting on quote from a painter and would send me the quote no later than Friday. It's a week later and still nothing. I was really looking forward to a good experience. Update: I finally got a quote the day after posting a review here. The same guy came back and manned up taking ownership of his falling short of the mark. I can appreciate that. This tells me the company cares about serving the people in the community. And for Adolfo to come and apologize says a lot about his own character. These actions have given me a little more confidence in their customer care department. Thank you sir and thank you to Ochoa Roofing and Beyond. I may call on them and if I do, you will know.

Ochoa Roofing & Beyond is an incredible company. They did an excellent job replacing the roof on my house, detached garage, shed and covered breezeway. They replaced all of the soffits and fascia on my house as well as the existing siding on my garage with hardie planks. They installed new gutters and painted all of it. Ochoa Roofing & Beyond also painted some of the interior of my house including paneling, and it all looks so beautiful! The entire crew was extremely professional, courteous, and respectful at all times. I was especially appreciative of Adolfo, the on-site supervisor, who ensured that all of my requests and preferences were met at all times without hesitation. My next door neighbor used Ochoa Roofing last year for the same type of work, and I was so impressed that I knew I was going to utilize their services as well. Adolfo Jr is very professional. He takes his time to explain all the details and answers all my questions before, during and after the job. The price he quoted has the best value compared to my other quotes. The job was completed ahead of schedule. The crew did an excellent job and cleaned up thoroughly after they are done.
