Dave Betz with Betz heating and air was on time, quiet, and professional. I had kids asleep and they couldn’t even tell he was in the attic. His inspection of both the upstairs and downstairs units were extremely thorough. He took the time to explain each issue he found and the recommendations to correct each one. I knew I had an issue with our upstairs unit and thought it needed to be replaced, but Dave did not try to sell me a new unit instead giving me other avenues to pursue if I wanted.
