Will absolutely use this company again if ac repairs are needed. It was refreshing to have nice, HONEST and professional people to work with! From the get go, the scheduler asked good questions, gave some tips and helpful advice and was all around pleasant to work with. Our tech was extremely knowledgeable, kind and very honest! We had a great experience with Betz. They communicated really well on when they were going to arrive. They were very fair and honest. While we hope not to need their services again, they will be our first call if we do.

We called him last year at 10pm to fix out AC— immediate response and quick service. We gave his name to our best friends who were being quoted astronomical prices for their system issues.
