I would NOT recommend using Tolbert's Handyman services based on my horrible experience with Jarrett, the poor workmanship, lack of communication, lack of customer service and above all ETHICS. 1. The invoice line items did not match the items we discussed during the estimate walk-through. There were misc. line items where I thought this was a general category for the items we discussed, but it turns out we were told what we discussed was "not on the invoice" so therefore it did NOT get done. As you read, even the things listed on the invoice DID NOT get done. (I'll take this as a lesson learned to make sure EVERYTHING is in WRITING.) 2. His crew never showed up on time. 3. After being told Cash App was an acceptable form of payment, Jarrett initially deducted HIS Cash App fees from my $750 deposit. (We argued about this matter and a couple of days later he reflected my full deposit on my invoice.) 4. Jarrett did not show up for our final walk-through. His foreman, Daniel, showed up45
