I moved back to Texas 5 years ago and had a problem with the a/c closet. I called around, stumbled on Bob Jay's and have used them for all of my HVAC needs ever since. Justin Craig is the absolute best and explains exactly what went wrong and what he will do to fix it. His approach towards making sure he's of service is incredible. Old heat pump died and Justin checked out the system and determined we needed a new heat pump. Justin explained new systems to me and I ordered a complete system.
