We called in morning with a problem with our hot water heater expansion tank leaking. We got a same day appointment, the plumber Zachery showed up on time. He assessed the problem, gave us very fair quote and went right to work. He ran into a snag and contacted his field supervisor, Austin, who showed up timely. They worked through the problem quickly and result we were never without hot water. Thank you Zachery and Austin!!! We highly recommend this company. 5 stars all around. Unfortunately customer service is not a priority with the tech I spoke with. I had no issue paying fees upfront and writing a claim to my home warranty for reimbursement. Have a bad leak looking for a plumber for repairs after hours. I call this company as they had a 5 star rating. He mentioned they don’t take my warranty I tried to explain not an issue I would pay for the repair. He preferred not to come do my repair since my home warranty is not a company he knows. I always try to support our local community first it’s unfortunate you can’t work with other warranty companies out side the one the gentleman mentioned, so I was left to take my business and to a major chain company for after hour repair regardless of what warranty company I have. Just ask for management to disclose that on the website that you only do business with one warranty company. Or try to to expand your revenue opportunities and include home warranties that support your local community.

We had a main water line break after some sprinkler repair so we called these folks based on a neighbors suggestion and the numerous positive reviews and we couldn’t be more pleased! Scheduling was super quick and they were exactly on time to survey the damage. The quote we got was great and we gave them the go ahead to complete the repairs. The second tech came by shortly after, Zachery got to work right away- he even showed us once the repair was completed and covered it all back up. We couldn’t be more pleased with Wayne Hyde and if we ever need their services again they’re going to be the first ones we call!
