We discovered a leak inside the house and called Firefighter Roofing based on our neighbor’s previous use. Jeremy Edgar called back quickly and was out that day to inspect the roof. As we were traveling Jeremy worked directly with the insurance adjuster which was great as it expedited the roof repairs. Jeremy worked seamlessly during the entire project ensuring we were well informed of the expected timeline and completion. I am very satisfied with the roofing job. Jeremy Edgar did a great job of explaining everything to me before I agreed to have Firefighter Roofing do the job. After that he was extremely fast in responding to all questions I had. I have had other roofs replaced and this was by far my best roofing experience. I was also very pleased with the man that supervised the job. He kept close watch on the roofers and made them correct several things that were not done just right. The management of other roofers just spot check the workers. This guy was there from start to finish. Without him it would not have been as good a job.
