It is not the norm for me to write a review but the service I received from North Hills Plumbing was so amazing I had to break with the norm. Daniel Barrett and his team wrote the book on excellent customer service. The problem at my home was found and resolved in a very timely manner. Each concern I had about the process was addressed to my satisfaction. I thought this type of service was truly a thing of the past. Vance and his team squeezed us in on there schedule for repairs to be done. They were efficient and very professional. Very pleased with their service. Came back out later and did hydrostatic test that was requested from potential buyers. Again a squeezed in appointment. Very easy and good to work with. Very thorough with their investigation of my leak. They were very communicative with me leading up to my appointment and honest about all upfront charges. Actual plumbers who came out were courteous and happy to explain their work.
