I have been using Brown Service now for about 3 years and they have always taken good care of myself and my family. Anytime we have had an issue they have always gotten to me quickly and gotten me taken care of. One thing I love is that they don't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need. They recommend things they feel I need, but aren't pushy about me buying. Greatly appreciate their hard work and how nice their office staff is. Highly recommend. I am a heart patient, when we lost the outside compressor, the temperature in the house got to 92 degrees. I called Brown Service Company and Kevin Broom sent Chris out to my house, he diagnosed the problem quickly and told me what was necessary for the repairs. The next day Thomas installed my American Standard outdoor unit. I am very pleased with the Quality of work done on my AC system. I would recommend Brown Service Company to anyone needing AC repairs.
