⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment we contacted Basin Plumbing, the professionalism shone through. The lady who answered our call was exceptionally polite and informative. Miguel and Robert, the experts who arrived at our home, were phenomenal. They not only identified a water leak caused by tree roots but also detected damage to our sewer line. Despite the scale of the issue, they treated the leak as an emergency job, and made sure we weren't left without water. Their dedication to just finding the problem was amazing, going above and beyond in the quality of work. Through it all, Miguel and Robert were kind and considerate! They kept us informed, provided before and after photos, and explained the materials and procedures in detail. They were quick, yet they were very careful and detailed in their work! I was charged $80 to get an estimate that was $600 just to reattach my sink. They wanted to charge me for 5 hours for one hour worth of work and some silicone. I did speak to a manager who made false promises two different times to make it right. I don't know hwhere all of there positive reviews came from, they are probably bought and paid for.
