Joe Hall offers 5 Star service! We used them for our hail claim, and we could tell right away they had our best interest in mind every step of the way. They started off by recommending we hold off a little while to replace our roof until hail season was over, and sure enough our neighbors got theirs done asap with other companies and then constantly worried about the other hail storms that came through. They made additional suggestions when it came to upgrades and replacements throughout the process, and they even helped lower our insurance premiums when we followed their advice! Josh was always on top of communication, and we never had to wonder what the next step was or felt ghosted. We cannot say enough good things about them and will not hesitate to use them again in the future!
