Bryan Marcellus from Ernie's came out last Fri morn to take a look at our water leak. He was courteous and professional. A high caliber plumber, Bryan was able to diagnose the problem in a timely manner. Wish I had thought to call Ernie's Plumbing in the first place! I can't sing Bryan's praises enough. I called around 5 plumbers last week to no avail. I finally texted a friend to ask her who they utilize. She couldn't remember the name due to not needing plumbing srvs in a while, but said they are on Pioneer Pkwy. I've used Ernie’s plumbing three different times over the course of a year for a few different repairs: drain cleaning, kitchen leak and toilet reset. Each time they were professional and provided a fair quote, followed up by excellent work. Always cleaned up after when leaving and gave me the final invoice I required. I recommend. Carl and Steve are our go to plumbers at Ernie's. They have come out to our property multiple times for sewer backups. Carl and Steve never complain and are very friendly, professional and so courteous. We won't use any other plumbers! The girls in the front office are extremely friendly and helpful as well. Ernie has a great crew! We highly recommend them! Especially Carl and Steve. People like Carl and Steve reflect very well on the business.
