Tom's Mechanical, Inc.

We have used Tom's for several years for our a/c issues. Their team (from office staff to techs) have always been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Recently, we had an opportunity to use their plumbing services. We received the same excellent service. Neither a/c or plumbing sides have ever tried to upsell us on services. They have all been great about explaining the issues and options. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Plus, they have always hit the arrival window of when they would arrive or have called if they are running a bit late. Great company.

Never called me back to book appointment time… thank you for let me wait here in 93 degree temperatures all day while you ignore me and my small business. I will make sure to pass along the word to my customers as they see me sweating while helping them that Tom’s is too busy for new customers and seek help elsewhere… In response to follow up… Yes, I called and no it was not after hours. I spoke to a live person that answered the phone that assured me they would follow up with me shortly. Yes, another review was left for the same day and the same reason. Both companies promised to call me back and schedule the estimate on getting the AC units replaced, but they did not. You guys dropped the ball, plain and simple and I was left waiting in a 93 degree store while the person that took my call enjoyed the comfort of your AC. I thought that when I conveyed BOTH of my units are out and want to get you guys out that was enough of a message that it was important, I guess not to you guys thoug

After being disappointed with other HVAC companies, we decided to give Tom's Mechanical a try and signed up for their Spring/Fall Service Maintenance agreement. Daryl (one of their technicians) arrived this morning, on time, and did an outstanding job of inspecting our entire system! He took the time to thoroughly inspect every component of our system, both up in the attic, and the outside unit! During his inspection he discovered that our AC compressor start capacitor reading was lower than the specification. I requested for him to go ahead and replace it as these things (from our experience) usually always fail late on a Friday night! Daryl was very professional and I could tell he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing! My wife and I were very impressed with Tom's Mechanical, their scheduler, Christina, and of course technician Daryl! Highly recommend!!!
