PLEASE DO NO USE THIS SNAKEOIL SALESMAN OF A CONTRACTOR!!!!!!!!! This was my experience dealing with Ivan Murphy. I made a phone call for a gutter replacement quote appointment and immediately Ivan begins pushing multiple other services. Not a big deal, but after multiple times of telling him I am not interested I just want a gutter replacement, I have to snap at him with the "this is what I want, can you help me or not?" We set the appointment for 3pm and he shows up an hour late. That's fine. No worries. I was at work so my wife handled the interaction. He immediately again begins pushing a bunch of other services that we already expressed we were not interested in. He gives us an initial quote of 5k to replace gutters on our 1500sq foot house. As we already had another company come out before him we new this was a red flag based on initial quote. He wanted to go through insurance and blame the recent bad storm we had for the replacement. The owner, Ivan Murphy, has been so easy to work with. He stepped in and stepped up when another roofing contractor failed. Ivan handled everything with my insurance, State Farm, and got a full roof replacement approved when the prior roofing co only got repairs approved from an EF3 Tornado. They started the new roof process today and will finish today. They arrived on time and in fact they were early. My house is a very steep 2-Story, and it called for 47 squares (whatever that means). Anyway, the crew has done an amazing job. They have cleaned up along the way and I am so happy with the look and color of shingles. It's so pretty. This was a one day job. Thank you ARS. My roof in Deer Park had wind and hail damage recently. Notice Ivan had some roof replacements in progress in area. Took a look at his reviews and contacted GAF for certified roofers in my area. Was impressed from what I looked into. Check other roofers as well. Ivan stood out and selected him to be my roof er after two on site meetings. He met up with my insurance adjuster. Without naming Insurance company just say they are difficult to get a fair settlement. On same day the adjuster wrote up his estimate and with input by Ivan was receipent of a check that fully covered the roof and patio minus the deductible the same day of the estimate. Week later got my GAF Lifetime roof and patio. Am so happy with Ivan's company, Aesthetic Roofing Pro. His crew was thorough, professional installers, covered all of my out side equipment and pool.
