He was instrumental in helping us secure the funds to have our roof repaired and walked us through the process every step of the way. The best part about working this company is the level of attention we received. At no time do you feel like a number or a burden, there is a personal touch in everything that Ivan does. I am super impressed with my new roof that was done by Aesthetic Roofing System. The professionalism of Ivan and his team is above standard. They made the entire process easygoing. The owner, Ivan Murphy, has been so easy to work with. He stepped in and stepped up when another roofing contractor failed. Ivan handled everything with my insurance, State Farm, and got a full roof replacement approved when the prior roofing co only got repairs approved from an EF3 Tornado. They started the new roof process today and will finish today. They arrived on time and in fact they were early. My house is a very steep 2-Story, and it called for 47 squares (whatever that means). Anyway, the crew has done an amazing job. They have cleaned up along the way and I am so happy with the look and color of shingles. It's so pretty. This was a one day job. Thank you ARS.
