TX Pasadena Plumbing was excellent. One of my rental homes needed plumbing work immediately. TX Pasadena Plumbing was there very quickly and worked till the job was done on a Saturday evening. The workmanship was excellent. He took the time to explain things, provide photos and think of all solutions. He is now my go-to Plumber for future jobs. Their phone operators are not friendly or professional. Had schedule an appointment with them, I had have them a wrong area code to my number so my appointment was miss, my fault obviously. The were going to call the plumber and see if they could still squeeze me in and gave me the I'll call you right back... an hour later I called them. Talked to a different person. They told me it would later in the day which I could not do, we cordially reschedule for the next day triple checking to make sure the number was correct. Next days come around my appointment is at 11. At 11 I still have no phone call so i call to confirm. They tell me the appointment is from 11-1 and I will receive a call before they come this way. 1:15 hits, no call. I called Deer park plumbing, they were able to fit me in last minute. By 1:30, still no call so i canceled the appointment, they didn't even ask why. I understand delays and unexpected things happen. But I feel like they could have handled this more pro

My water heater was really broken down, but your plumbers came in and replaced it for me. Thanks for the help, guys! Thanks for the online coupons, plumbers. Now I didn't have to waste my whole allowance on a water heater repair, and that's great, Thank you Guys!
