TX Pasadena Plumbing

TX Pasadena Plumbing was excellent. One of my rental homes needed plumbing work immediately. TX Pasadena Plumbing was there very quickly and worked till the job was done on a Saturday evening. The workmanship was excellent. He took the time to explain things, provide photos and think of all solutions. He is now my go-to Plumber for future jobs. Services: Toilet repair, Water heater installation, Garbage disposal installation, Shower installation, Drain cleaning, Plumbing leak detection, Water tank installation, Plumbing pipe repair, Faucet repair, Sewer cleaning, Outdoor plumbing system repair, Toilet installation, Sump pump repair, Pool plumbing repair, Water tank repair, Water heater repair, Faucet installation, Sewer repair, Shower repair, Plumbing leak repair, Garbage disposal repair, Sump pump installation

I gave them 2 stars because I cannot vouch for the actual plumbing service, but the customer service portion was one star. I called to ask if they serviced my area and they seemed confused, then hung up. I called back asking once again the same thing. Then, they did not seem to be happy about my call (not that I necessarily need any warm fuzzies, but I prefer to not feel like I am bothering someone when calling their company for service). Although, they did provide the information I needed. I said I would give them a call back to confirm. Instead of saying “okay, no problem” or even a plain “okay, bye” I was hung up on once again.

I tried calling 3 times and left messages. I never got a call back. Finally on the 4th call a guy answered and he seemed irritated I called. I explained I was 5 blocks from him on Fairmont Pkwy and needed a backflow valve put in. He said he would call me back but 6 days later I still have not gotten a call back.
