Bay Area Roofers did an outstanding job on my patio cover. They handled all the permitting, construction, electrical, and painting, and I didn’t have to deal with any issues throughout the entire process. I had a few last minute changes that they handled perfectly. Highly recommend this company for any patio cover installations.

Met with Karl for a quote for a new roof on Monday June 18th, signed the contract. The next morning Jesus' crew arrived at 6:30am. Finished the roof around 4pm. His crew is AWESOME! Have not seen or found 1 nail around the house. We cannot be happier with the new roof, everything from start to finish is professional, top notch. We live 2 miles west of the Wind Storm line. They build the room to wind code regardless, hand nailed with 6 nails for nothing extra. To some that may not be important but to us it was huge. Other companies I received quotes from didn't even offer that or wanted extra money to do the same. The prices were as quoted. For our first major construction project, I wish I could give Bay Area Roofers 6 stars. Very communicative, professional, clean, and FAST! You can see in the second picture I posted how clean everything was after day 1 of demolition! We had our back patio cover redone and it was more than we ever thought was possible. We got several quotes for this project, Bay Area Roofers was right in the middle. But I'm so glad we went with them because the amount of work they put into just obtaining a permit from the city was pretty amazing. Karl was our sales guy and he was great too. Armenio was our project manager and he responded very quickly to any questions, concerns, or issues. Thank you Bay Area Roofers!
