This is the second time I have used Epic and just as before, I was able to schedule an appointment and get the issue resolved quickly. Michael was professional and efficient and explained the diagnosis and the treatment options well so I felt I could make an informed decision about the repair. I appreciate that I was offered multiple options for the repair so that I could keep within my budget. I will definitely use Epic (Michael and Jake) again! Jonathan with Epic plumbing was awesome! Very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He showed up on time and quickly got to fixing our issue! Also, the entire experience from our first phone call to the office was super smooth. We were given text and call updates from the sweet office staff to let us know etas of our plumber and everyone was very helpful in walking us step by step through the process and answering all of our questions.

Customer service was great. Heather explained in detail my options to fix the problem and the cost. Chance also explained the options to fix the problem. After talking to Heather, Chance began the job and completed it in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend Epic Plumbing to friends and family.
