Jonathan with Epic plumbing was awesome! Very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He showed up on time and quickly got to fixing our issue! Also, the entire experience from our first phone call to the office was super smooth. We were given text and call updates from the sweet office staff to let us know etas of our plumber and everyone was very helpful in walking us step by step through the process and answering all of our questions.

Great communication with the business and the plumber, Jonathan, was great as well. They came over the holiday weekend and were able to complete the same day for a gas line replacement. Kept me up to date step by step. Would definitely use again and recommend to others. Lastly, their price was much lower than our other quote and did not require all the additional unnecessary work like the other company.

We needed a new water heater asap, and Epic Plumbing came out immediately the same day. Jordan was super professional and friendly, and knew what he was doing. It was Jordan and another man who I didn’t get his name, but both of them were great. The installation was fast and efficient even with the difficult location of our water heater.
