I made an appointment with Don from Master Remodelers for siding replacement for our League City house. Don arrived on time and we went over a checklist of what I wanted for this 35 year old house. We agreed on replacement of the exterior pressboard siding, fascia, and soffit and to install new rain gutters and downspouts. Don recommended using LP Smartside products for the 50 year warranty and impact resistance (think rocks & lawnmowers or kids and baseballs/rocks/etc). Plus, it was less expensive than the popular cement board siding. Don ordered the products and scheduled a crew for two weeks after our meeting. The crew showed up ready to work. They tore off the old siding and Don checked to be sure there was no insect or water or age damage to the frame or insulation. The siding crew finished the siding and paint in 4 1/2 days and the gutter crew came out and installed the gutters and downspouts. All the trash and debris was picked up and taken away. We hired this company to install siding to our detached garage. At the initial consultation, the gentlemen were professional, very knowledgeable and on time! The work crew showed up every morning at 0730 and did an amazing job. They even cleaned up the area when they were finished. I cannot recommend this company enough! We have been through our share of bad contractors to the point we just do it ourselves. This was a big project so we took a chance on Master Remodeling and I am so glad we did. We will definitely hire them for our next project.
