I worked in the commercial/industrial industry for 45 years with several companies, good ones and bad ones. This company is a really good one. A company that seems to have chosen to build the base on customer satisfaction and loyalty over volume and bottom line, which, unfortunately,is pretty hard to find.Quick to respond, did everything promised promptly and even checked in during. Rondel was sent out.He is very personable, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He asked questions and really listened to my answers. He did everything possible to work within my budget and still gave me a solid working product. I couldn't be happier with the result. I hate to say it, but if I was still in the business I would be doing everything I could to hire him. From my experience, if you're doing a big job you can never have enough people like Rondel.
