We not only was getting an expert analysis of our roof, he brought shingles samples to us and explained the different qualities of the shingles. As we are HOA controlled he found the right color and the quality we wanted. On top of everything his price came in lower then the other 3 Roofing companies we had an estimate from and we had better quality of Shingles the the offers we had from other companies.
