We are so impressed with how our house looks after having the siding replaced, doors and shutters painted, and new gutters installed from Empire Home Solutions. They are great to work with - very professional and the quality of the work has improved the overall style of our home.
Jennifer and her team were a pleasure to work with and we could not be happier with the end result! They provided a competitive quote, completed the job right on time, with no delays (despite questionable weather), and made sure the home and surrounding area were back to their normal state when the job was complete. Jennifer stayed in touch throughout the installation and was there with her crew every step of the way. I highly recommend Empire Home Solutions!
When I called for an estimate, they were quick and responsive. They were also quick arranging and performing the initial measurements. It took a little over three months before the windows arrived and were ready to be installed, but, that was beyond Empire's control and was due to supply chain issues and we were informed and well aware it could take 3-4 months so this is not a complaint. They called on a Wed to arrange for a Monday install, Called on a Fri to confirm and called Promptly on Mon before arrival. The were quick, efficient, quiet and clean. The windows look great. Very happy with the result. We'll have to see just how good the windows are with noise reduction and heating/cooling efficiency, but so far, everything is great. Service: Window installation
