This company is excellent! Jennifer's knowledge, attention to detail, and experienced craftspeople resulted in a great project. In addition to the bid specifications, she also gave a complimentary garage door painting and pressure cleaned our driveway. This is the first company I've seen that uses a magnetic sweeper to catch stray nails and metal objects!
Empire Home Solutions did a great job on our home exterior. They replaced our roof, gutters and repaired some siding and repainted the entire house. All the work crews were professional and did a great job and did their work on time. Jennifer was very professional and helped us through the whole process. She was actually present during the work to ensure everything was good. I would highly recommend this company! Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation
NO SHOW. Made an appointment with Jennifer for 3/11/2021 for a repair estimate on the ceiling panels on my back porch after our pipes froze and broke with the Austin freeze in February. She gave me a window of 8am - 12n. She still wasn't here at 1:07 pm so I called to find out the status. The Call went straight to VM so I left a message with an inquiry referencing the 8 - 12n window for the appointment. It is now 5:30pm and still no call back, not even to offer an apology. This business showed its true colors. I have them blacklisted since I want to make sure I never ever make the mistake of considering this business again for any future jobs.
