I called Silvio after our pipes busted from freezing temps. He told me that he could come at 2PM the next day. I had called a few places with estimations for more time, and so I said that would be great. He asked me to text him the address. I did so and included the time agreed upon. The next day, nothing! I called, texted, he never showed. It left me paying a hefty fee at a company that I found last minute. My wife, kids and I have water, but no thanks to him... call someone else. BTW - No explanation, at any point.
Very unprofessional and said they were coming at 8am. There was no reply to my messages/texts by noon so I called EZ Plumbing and they were incredible!
They started out great, responded very quick. But I have waited 2 months for them to complete a project. I have already paid for the services, and now then don’t answer the phone. Do yourself a favor and stay very far away from this outfit.
