Jerred with Absolution Construction was phenomenal. We had 50k+ hail damage and a newborn baby - he was able to expedite the work and roof was finished in a day. Sunroof was destroyed and he patched it up same day. He focused first on explaining the process of working with insurance companies and contractors and earning trust. Always kept open lines of communication and was readily available. Always picked up phone when I called and had questions. Was patient when answering questions and clarifying the work that had to be done. Coordinated with his teams well to make sure we were taken care of. Overall, thankful he showed up just in time, or we’d be in a lot of trouble. Thank you Jerred!
