I got more than 10 bids on my roof in 2022. Some bids you can tell they looked at the neighborhood, and just doubled their bid. Daniel of Brown roofing is great. He walked me on roof , showed issues and what we may have to do. I respect that they will not but new roofing on old, rotting decking. New hardware, vents, ridgecap, etc .They did the job, 5000 sq ft, in on day. Cleanup was fantastic. Pool, yard, dogs, everything protected. The material they use is commercial grade. I have used Brown Roofing Solutions for several jobs and they are the best! Their team is very professional, responsive, and hard working. They have repaired and re-roofed my house. They have also done a complete overhaul of the exterior including fixing rotting wood, new shutters, power wash, and fresh new paint. My house looks like new now and the price was very reasonable. Brown roofing replaced our roof, gutters, and window screens damaged in the killer hail storm in April 2021. They were quick and prompt and started the new roof installation three weeks after the storm occurred. The work was completed nearly 2 months earlier than most of the homes in our neighborhood that were also damaged.
