Spend the extra money and look elsewhere for peace of mind. All About Water Heaters replaced our water heater during the last quarter of last year. They told us over the phone and stated on the invoice (which took a week to send) that labor warranty and a permit would be included. Neither of which were fulfilled. Issues arose after installation, and we contacted All About Water Heaters multiple times. They told us that they will return and check, but each time they did not show up—each time there was another excuse: separate appointments, personal issues, etc. All About Water Heaters gradually began to delay responses and stopped taking calls as well.
