All About Water Heaters

My water heater was giving off lukewarm water and I was on the search for a company that could service me asap. No one in my area (Aubrey) was available so I reached out to this company (which is in Plano) and Mr. Albert gave me excellent customer service while trying to figure out my needs. Even though I didn’t use him, because of the service area/location, I wanted to make sure he was recognized and recommended due to his kindness and professionalism. If you’re in the Plano area, you won’t be disappointed!

Al and team were very responsive regarding my water heater pump issues and resolved the problem very quickly. Al responded fast. Actually it was a funny story, I left my phone at home so he thought I was ignoring him. I didn't get home until 6 something pm. I texted him and he quoted me a price, which I thought was fair. He told me to check around for prices but I didn't want my tenant to wait for a long time not to have heated water so I asked him if he has any opening. My regular plumber guy can't do it until next week. Al just happened to have an opening the next morning. So I told him to contact my tenant and set it up. I called him the next morning and we talked over the phone on my way to work. Seems like a solid guy, so I went with my guts and give him the job. It does take a couple of days to get the receipt with the warranty but I understand. We all got busy at times. I'm just hoping that if I actually need the warranty, he'll come through. Hopefully this will be a good start of a working relationship.
