I called All Service Heating and Air to schedule service on my A/C system and within 15 minutes I received a call from one of the service technicians named Andy Vestal letting me know he was already on his way. He was very polite and professional and located the problem quickly. I've been using this company exclusively for several years now and will continue doing so in the future. Andy Vestal came to troubleshoot an issue with my AC yesterday. It was a second opinion visit to another company's service performed last week who said all things were running and looked fine. Andy discovered the issue within the first 10 minutes (maybe less, I wasn't timing him) - low refrigerant. He discussed other options to make the system run optimally, but was not pushy. He completed service with further instructions to call again if results were not seen after a few days of allowing the system to run and optimize. He was polite, professional, honest, and as an added bonus, funny. I will definitely be calling All Service Heating & Air for future HVAC needs. Service: A/C system repair

This is the first time I've had All Service Heating & Air doing work at my house. Colby set up my appointment for much sooner than I expected and then followed up with a text introducing Tim Parish as the tech (with photo) who would perform the service. Tim called when he was fifteen minutes out to say he was on his way. He was not only on time, he was early. In this current Texas heat it was remarkable they could get to me so quickly. Tim was professional, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done in a clear and concise manner. Very happy to say he fixed the problem and the system is working great again. He also made suggestions for what I might consider in the future to keep the system working longer and more efficiently. I was so happy with this experience I signed up for their regular preventive HVAC maintenance program. I always prefer working with a local company and All Service Heating & Air is a great company
