American Leak Detection of Dallas

I’ve had this leak problem for several years and the technician was very knowledgeable and very informative. His name was either Brett or Brad. Can’t remember. He gave me tips on any future issues I may have. Grateful for a trustworthy company.

Had leak under slab due to foundation shifting. Called ALD to perform repairs. They found two leaks and tunneled under the slab rather than drilling through the floor inside the house. Please beware of this fraudulent and unprofessional company. In 2020 I hired them to detect a leak to my pool. The guy came and detected the leak and said it was a leak due to the building process where the plaster did not fully seal the light which caused water to seep out. He mentioned he fixed the leak but did not tell me it was only a temporary repair (me not being the specialist I took his word for it) months to a year later I started loosing water again. I called ALD they came out and told me it was the same leak and that the repair they made a year ago was only a temporary repair. 6 months ago he came out to perform a repair after my pool was drained. Shortly after the repair I start losing water again. I called ALD to schedule another inspection telling them I believe the repair that was made has failed. ALD said that it was covered under warranty if it was the same leak. Of course another specialist come out and said the leak is the same issue but in the spa now (which is odd
