Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

I used a technician to fix a sink issue and the issue persisted. When I called, I was told I didn’t have a warranty on the work (I was never offered one) and that I’d have to pay again for another technician. Hearing this as I stand in a puddle of sink water on my floor was enough for me. I’ll be going elsewhere where they stand behind their work.

I worked with Benjamin Franklin on a plumbing issue (slab leak). I specifically worked with Jack Nester. Jack was timely, thorough and took the time explain everything and answer all my questions. Jack took the extra effort test multiple other possible causes of problem and he figured out the root cause of the problem and gave his advice on next steps. I appreciated Jack’s honesty and how thorough he is. ???? to both Jack and Benjamin Franklin.

Have been contacting Benjamin Franklin for any plumbing issues for several years. They have always been responsive, professional and competitive in charging for their services. Contacted them this morning for the guest bathroom sink drainage problem. Ben Masquelier came a couple of hours after my contact, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and resolve it in a few minutes.
