Benjamin Franklin Plano is fantastic. They had someone out very quickly and took care of our leaking AC. I would absolutely call them again.
Cory Greenwood is, hands-down, the BEST PLUMBER in the DFW metroplex. Over the years, he has become our family plumber and our go-to guy for everything plumbing. 99.99% of the time Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is able to accommodate our request to have Cory over the very next day to take care of any plumbing issues, no matter how big or small, in our not-so-old-25-year-old house. Cory is extremely personable and funny, yet very diligent about fixing plumbing issues by getting to the root of the problem instead of just ‘Band-Aid-ing’ it. Because of his work ethics and dedication to everything he does, Cory was recently promoted to a Department Manager. But because he is a hands-on kind of leader, he still loves to do house calls whenever he is not training and coaching his team members. I used a technician to fix a sink issue and the issue persisted. When I called, I was told I didn’t have a warranty on the work (I was never offered one) and that I’d have to pay again for another technician. Hearing this as I stand in a puddle of sink water on my floor was enough for me. I’ll be going elsewhere where they stand behind their work.
