Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

Benjamin Franklin is where you should call. I’ve had some swell odor issues and some other stopping issues in my house. Setting up an appointment was very easy. Joseph came over and he was very polite and ran some tests but unfortunately we couldn’t determine what it was so he offered me a service by his supervisor. Next week, Mr. Cory Greenwood came over and wow!! He is the man!! He was very very knowledgeable, honest, alerted and cautious with what he was doing. I was very impressed. He would only tell you what needs to be fixed, he won’t try to sell you things that you don’t need just because you have no clue when it comes to plumbing. There are many plumbers that think they’re plumber but this guy here is a real plumber with a heart. He would explain everything to you. He would stick around and clear all your doubts. Benjamin Franklin got another customer for life now.

I used a technician to fix a sink issue and the issue persisted. When I called, I was told I didn’t have a warranty on the work (I was never offered one) and that I’d have to pay again for another technician. Hearing this as I stand in a puddle of sink water on my floor was enough for me. I’ll be going elsewhere where they stand behind their work.

I had a great experience with my Benjamin Franklin plumber today. Cory Greenwood was very professional, informative and had my problem diagnosed quickly.
