1st Class Heat & Air

My a/c unit broke Sunday evening. I filled out the online form on 1st Class Heat & Air’s website on Monday morning. By 10AM my a/c was repaired. I’m extremely grateful for the prompt service because forecasted temps this week are well over 100 degrees. The technician John was professional and answered all of my questions. My a/c unit is over 18 years old. I appreciate that John was able to fix it so quickly and he didn’t pressure me into buying a new system. John is a pleasure to work with and has certainly earned my trust. I know I’ll need to replace it someday, and plan to have that work done by 1st Class Heat & Air. Service: A/C system repair

My AC went out at 2am (of course), and out of the numerous companies that I contacted for repair help,1st Class Heat and Air was able to send someone out within 6 hours of receiving my call (non emergency!). Chris Miller was courteous and respectful, and answered/ put up and with all of my inquiries without delay. I told Chris that 1st Class Heat and Air was my AC go-to from now on. 1st Class Heat & Air has continued to be very reliable for my heating and A/C systems maintenance throughout the years.
