The technician was outstanding.. He knew what he was doing and explaining every step to the end… he did everything what they had advertised …thanks Service: A/C system maintenance
Called first thing this morning and they scheduled me for an appointment at 1:00pm. 30 minutes later they called and said they had an opening and asked if they could send someone out. . Michael showed up and was friendly, professional, and very informative. I’d highly recommend him in the future. Service: Water heater repair
My appointment kept getting rescheduled and every time I would be given a specific time but scheduled for a different time. I also received a message to rate them and they never even showed up for the appointment. I will not use this company poor communication skills within the company
