I called GO Friday around 4pm not expecting an open appointment as they close at 5. My water heater was flooding my home and I didn’t know what to do. They were able to quickly send out Chris who showed up within 20 minutes of me scheduling my appointment. He contacted a restoration company for me and they arrived within 1 hour to help dry out my floors and come up with a plan on the damages. The plumber chris was able to replace my water heater same day so I can have hot water for my family. He was clean, thorough, and explained all my options before doing any work. I had some plumbing issues and Christian came out and got everything fixed and explained everything that he was doing. I was even able to talk to the manager Will and had a good conversation with him about that was going on and how Christian was doing. The dispatcher Angie has such great customer service. She is so respectful, and such a great listener. They will have my business from here on out.
