Our AC was failing and our renters were having to endure 80 degrees indoors in a Texas summer. Matt was able to come the same day I called and fix everything in a matter of a few hours. We asked a few questions about his recommendations for regular maintenance, and he was open about how little or how much is truly necessary—even telling us he didn’t think we’d especially need regular check ins unless we just wanted that. Matt is great! I got a leaking evaporator coil, and a friend of mine recommended that I have him to take a look. He was the third person I vetted to get the replacement job done.
