Called Matt in the morning and he was able to slide our issue in with one of our A/C units by early afternoon. Super friendly, knowledgeable, very reasonable compared to other quotes and companies. We had a coil leak and had sticker shock from other vendors. Matt was fair, gave us options, has warranties in place for parts and labor, and was extremely responsive and on time. Matt showed up on time, and was very courteous and professional. He explained my options (freon recharge vs leak detection/repair), and he didn't try to upsell me which I really appreciated! Matt went above and beyond to troubleshoot our AC unit to figure out the root cause. It’s so dang hot outside in the Texas heat and he happily spent time outside and in the attic working to resolve the problem.
